To vote, you must be 18 years of age, a US citizen, mentally sound and not under conviction of a felony. You must register at least 30 days prior to an election to vote in that election. Proof of residency and positive identification are required at the time of registration.

Automobile Registration
As a Georgia resident, you must register automobiles and apply for Georgia titles, when a Georgia title is required, within 30 days of establishing residency in this state.
